Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager
Responsibilities
As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to sell Fluxcom’s services and solutions to the leads provided to you by Fluxcom’s contracted referral sources and to named accounts. At times, the position would require prospecting for business by calling on a referred list of businesses, however the majority of sales opportunities that would be provided to you will be hot leads where by the referred business is waiting to hear from you. On average, 70% of all the leads provided to Fluxcom’s Sales Representatives include merchant processing statements. The qualified candidate will be required to quickly learn and use Fluxcom’s CRM system, complete customer needs analysis, identify pressure points for all leads and named accounts, as well as doing proposals, and webinar based product demonstrations and presentations.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate for this job will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience and documented success working within the bankcard industry.
- Competent ability to analyze processing statements of all types
- Strong sales skills and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transactional sales environment
- Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization, account forecasting / planning, negotiation, consultative selling and superior organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working within a virtual selling environment not required, but a plus…
- Strong understanding of bankcard industry virtual terminals and payment gateway products and services.
- Experience selling to multi-location mid-market B2B and CNP-B2C businesses
- Ability to perform without direct supervision!
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.) are a MUST!
